Getriebediagnostik mit Gleichlaufeigenschaften


Mit Hilfe eines einfachen Tests kann man Mängel der elektromechanischen Konstruktion und/oder die Effizienz einer Regelung feststellen. Dazu muß vom Modell nach einer Einfahrphase von 30-60 Minuten (weniger ist nicht zu empfehlen!) einfach auf einer abgemessenen Strecke 15 Runden bei konstanter Spannung (Nachmessen!) die Zeit gestoppt werden. ACHTUNG! DIGITALE Tachowagen sind hierfür NICHT geeignet!!!. Sofern die Standard-Abweichung der Meßwerte vom Durchschnitt kleiner als die Meßtoleranz der Meßgeräte und der gemessenen Spannungvarianz ist, kann man von intakter Elektromechanik ausgehen. Bei signifikanter Überschreitung der Meßtoleranzen ist das Modell zu überprüfen. Häufigste Fehlerursache ist stark verschmutztes oder defektes Getriebe. Bei Modellen mit Elektronik kann auch ein Defekt an der Elektronik vorliegen: ein erneuter Test ohne Elektronik ist dann zu empfehlen.
